Just passing through the area- not willing to have a tech answer simple 2 minute question. They won’t get my business and I encourage you to go elsewhere with people like this. Owner, Joe, called to discuss my review. He claimed to have listened to the call recording and noted I wasn’t clear in what I was asking for. Also claimed I was talking to a sales guy and not him or a tech (I spoke to whomever answered the phone). Then claimed i was “asking for an inspection”, which can take several hours which they don’t have time for. Be warned- they will get defensive and blame you. Sorry I called them, to be honest. Joe said he will upload my audio to this review. 🤷‍♂️ Good luck, Joe. Customer service classes could do you some good.

Overcharged what was quoted, the alignment was done wrong and now paying another shop not 5 months later for the same work and additional work totaling over $2K! Because of poor alignment now buying another $1500 in tires. Shop owner wanted to charge $300 for a regular oil change. When confronted on all this was told they could inspect in two weeks time. Stay far away - run from this business: Zero empathy and accountability during the work done and now being broken again. Other shop agreed.!

I talked to Dylan on the phone and explained what I needed (ability to get a spare tire for my Toyota sienna). He was so helpful and helped me order what I needed. He also stood in the snow and helped me install it. The customer service here is so good, and they never tried to upsell me on anything. 10/10

I have been a repeat customer of Freedom Four Wheel for a number of years. They have worked on my Jeep. My Jeep Gladiator and my Dodge 3500. They have done everything from after market installations to suspension work. This are honest and always help come up with the best Solution. I wouldn’t even consider taking my vehicles to anyone else.

I recently took my Ford Bronco Raptor and Toyota 4Runner to an offroad mechanic shop in Bozeman, MT, and I can’t recommend them highly enough! From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me with warm smiles and a genuine willingness to help. They were incredibly knowledgeable about both vehicles, and it was clear they had a passion for offroad mechanics. I was particularly impressed with their understanding of what I needed for my Bronco, which I had brought in for four new tires to be mounted and balanced. They walked me through the options, ensuring I got exactly what I was looking for. The service for my 4Runner was just as impressive. They performed a comprehensive 60,000-mile service, guiding me through each step and explaining what was being done. Their attention to detail gave me confidence that my vehicles were in great hands. Both vehicles felt significantly better after the service, and I left feeling like a valued customer rather than just another job. If you're in the Bozeman area and need a reliable offroad mechanic, this shop is the place to go. Their friendly atmosphere, skilled staff, and commitment to quality service made my experience truly exceptional. Than
